Please review the following key return, refund & exchange terms carefully before reaching out to us.

1.GENERAL SUPPORT

We offer a 15-day warranty service, which means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund, exchange, or return.

  • Eligibility & Warranty
    To be eligible for after-sales service (refund, exchange, or return), You will also need to provide your order number and clear photos of the item.
    Our 15-day warranty only covers craftsmanship defects. Any after-sales requests beyond the 15-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that natural variations in wood color are not considered defects.
    If you need after-sales support, we will work closely with you to select a satisfactory solution based on the product condition and your personal preferences.

    All after-sales requests (refund, exchange, or return) require prior authorization. To start your request, you can reach out to us at thetchry1994@gmail.com. If you purchased our products from our official Amazon store, you can also contact us directly through Amazon's buyer-seller messaging system.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Contact us immediately if you encounter any of the following situations:

  • Product Defects: Issues such as cracks, warping, or structural damage that render the board unusable.

  • Shipping Damage: Visible damage to the product caused during transit.

  • Incorrect Item: Receiving a wrong size, style, or model different from what you ordered.

We will evaluate your case promptly. Once confirmed, we will work with you to find the best solution to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Defects that make the board unusable are eligible for a replacement or refund at our mutual discretion.

3.EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the exact item you want is to return the item you currently have and re-purchase the new one.

  • Exchange Process: After your return request is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

  • Shipping Responsibility: For exchanges of non-defective products, customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return shipment.

  • Solution Customization: We will always communicate with you to confirm the best exchange solution based on your specific needs and the actual condition of the product.

4. REFUNDS

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
