DAILY MAINTENANCE TIPS
First-Time Use
1. When you first receive the solid wood cutting board complete the initial conditioning.
2. First apply a coat of food-grade mineral oil to let the wood absorb it deeply.
3. After the mineral oil fully absorbs apply a thin layer of the included beeswax.
4. Let the beeswax absorb for 1 hour then wipe off any excess to start using.
Daily Cleaning Routine
1. Clean the board promptly after each use.
2. Rinse it with warm water, use a soft sponge to wipe gently.
3. Do not use harsh cleaners or abrasive tools.
4. Avoid bleach and other strong chemical cleaners that may damage the wood.
Daily Drying & Basic Care
1. After cleaning wipe the board thoroughly to ensure no moisture remains.
2. Place the board upright in a well-ventilated area to dry.
3. Non-winter regular maintenance apply beeswax or food-grade mineral oil every 1 to 3 days or when the wood looks dry.
4. Winter maintenance increase frequency apply a thin layer of beeswax every time you use and clean the board.
5. Pair beeswax with mineral oil for better protection the oil moisturizes deeply and the wax locks in moisture.

Preparation Before Using Beeswax
1. The included beeswax is food-safe and used for wood protection.
2. Use beeswax on first use regular maintenance and winter care.
3. Before use ensure the board is clean and completely dry.
4. Apply beeswax after mineral oil has fully absorbed usually 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
5. Prepare the included brush or a clean cloth for application.
Beeswax Application
1. Make sure your cutting board is clean and completely dry.
2. Use the included brush or a clean cloth to apply a thin even layer of beeswax over the entire board including the edges.
3. Let the wax sit and absorb into the wood for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Wipe off any excess wax with a clean dry cloth.
5. Let the board air-dry for another 30 minutes before using it again.
